These relocations <br /> were accomplished under the Uniform Relocation Act requirements. <br /> We presently have on -going smaller projects involving residential <br /> and business relocations under HUD funded activities and locally <br /> funded activities following the URA regulations. <br /> 4. Westminster Corporation <br /> ATTENTION: Deb Bednarz <br /> (Deb is now with the State of Minnesota <br /> and can be reached at 282 -2706) <br /> Conworth, Inc. has provided residential relocation counseling and <br /> advisory services under the requirements of the Uniform <br /> Relocation Act and Department of Housing and Urban Development <br /> regulations for this agency's acquisition and rehabilitation <br /> projects. Past projects have included 23 residential tenant <br /> displacements; presently we are awaiting HUD approval for two <br /> projects which will involve approximately ten tenant <br /> displacements. <br /> 5. City /HRA of Golden Valley <br /> ATTENTION: Mark Grimes, Director <br /> 7800 Golden Valley Road <br /> Golden Valley, MN 55427 <br /> (612) 593 -8097 <br /> Services for various projects over the <br /> provided to this agency by Conworth, Inc. One uofythes have been <br /> projects involved a residential tenant and seven business <br /> relocations, and presently we have providing counseling services <br /> for two residents and ten businesses. All of the displacements <br /> fall under the auspices of the Federal Uniform Relocation Act <br /> regulations, and several of the displacements are under the <br /> specific requirements of the HUD CDBG Program. <br /> CONWORTH, INC. <br />
