A
PARTIAL CLIENT /PROJECT LISTING
CONWORTH, INC.
The following lists project descriptions and Agency contacts for
relocation work performed by Conworth, Inc. for some of our
clients. The successful performance of relocation activities for
these projects illustrates that our staff has the quality of
experience necessary to work with all types of relocation
situations, and also has worked under a variety of project
timetables. Experience from these and many other projects
supports our ability to successfully meet the relocation
technical advisory services and consulting performance schedules
required by the City of Falcon Heights.
1. City of Rochester
ATTENTION: Mr. Ron Hailing, Right of Way Agent
1602 4th Street S.E.
Rochester, MN 55904
(507) 281 -6008
Over 25 commercial and 30 residential relocation services have
been requested of Conworth, Inc. by the City of Rochester for
many different projects including roadway improvements and flood
control. These projects involved various financing sources from
Minnesota Department of Transportation state aid, Corps of
Engineers federal funding, Department of Housing Urban
Development funding, and local tax increment funding. All of the
relocations for the various projects were successfully
administered and performed under the requirements of the Federal
Uniform Relocation Act and applicable regulations. The timing of
the relocations for each of these projects ranged from three
month "fast- track" move situations to "willing seller" moves
on a one -at -a -time basis over an extended period of time. The
Federal Highway Administration audited the 5th Street Extension
roadway project undertaken by the City, with the relocation
services provided by Conworth, Inc., and Conworth's services were
found by FHWA to be commendable.
2. Richfield Housing Redevelopment Authority
ATTENTION: Bruce Palmborg, HRA Coordinator
6700 Portland Avenue
Richfield, MN 55423
(612) 869 -7521
Residential and business relocation services on an on -going basis
is being provided by Conworth, Inc. under Federal Uniform Act
requirements, for several different projects. One current
project is a roadway project with Minnesota Department of
Transportation state aid, which has involved over 60 residents
homeowners or tenants). These relocations were "phased" over a
three year period, and the transactions to date have been
CONWORTH, INC.
