O. Interest of Members of Contractor. <br /> No member of the governing body of the locality in which the <br /> project is situated, and no other officer, employee, or agent <br /> of the Contractor who exercises any functions or <br /> responsibilities in connection with the carrying out of <br /> services to which this Contract pertains, shall have any <br /> personal interest, direct or indirect, in this Contract. <br /> P. Interest of Consultant. <br /> The Consultant covenants that it presently has no interest <br /> and shall not acquire throughout the duration of this <br /> Contract any interest, direct or indirect, which would <br /> conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of <br /> services required to be performed under this Contract. The <br /> Consultant further covenants that in the performance of this <br /> Contract no person having such an interest shall be employed. <br /> Q. Workmen's Compensation. <br /> The Consultant, at its expense, shall provide Workmen's <br /> Compensation insurance coverage for all of its employees <br /> involved in the performance of this Contract. <br /> R.
