compensation for any unreimbursed expenses reasonably and <br /> necessarily incurred in satisfactory performance of this <br /> Contract. <br /> L. Extent of Agreement. <br /> This Contract represents the entire and integrated agreement <br /> between the Consultant and the Contractor and supersedes all <br /> prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either <br /> written or oral. This Contract may be amended only by <br /> written instrument signed by both Consultant and Contractor. <br /> M. Personnel. <br /> 1. The Consultant represents that it has or will secure all <br /> personnel required in performing the services under this <br /> Contract as provided above. <br /> 2. All of the services required hereunder will be performed <br /> by the Consultant or under its supervision, and all <br /> personnel engaged in the work shall be fully qualified <br /> and shall be authorized under State and local law to <br /> perform such services. <br /> N. Non Discrimination. <br /> The Consultant will not discriminate against any employee, or <br /> applicant for employment because of race, creed, color, sex, <br /> national origin, religion, marital status, disability, status <br /> in regard to public assistance, or age. The Consultant will <br /> take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are <br /> employed, and that employees are treated during employment, <br /> without regard to their race, creed, color, sex, national <br /> origin, religion, marital status, disability, status in <br /> regard to public assistance, or age. Such action shall <br /> include, but not be limited to, the following: employment, <br /> upgrading, demotion, or transfer; recruitment advertising; <br /> layoff or termination; rates of pay or other forms of <br /> compensation; and selection for training, including <br /> apprenticeship. The Consultant agrees to post in conspicuous <br /> places, available to employees and applicants for employment, <br /> notices to be provided by the Contractor setting forth the <br /> provisions of this nondiscrimination clause. In addition, <br /> the Consultant will, in all solicitations or advertisements <br /> for employees placed by or on behalf of the Consultant, state <br /> that all qualified applicants will receive consideration for <br /> employment without regard to race, creed, color, sex, <br /> national origin, religion, marital status, disability, status <br /> in regard to public assistance, or age. <br /> 6 <br />
