City of Falcon Heights ORDINANCE 0-93-09 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9- 14.01, SUED. 24 OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO FOCUS NEWSPAPERS HOME OCCUPATIONS The City Council of the City of Falcon Heights ordains u s ionn f 1. ub bdiviaion 24 c. is hereby amended AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION to the Falcon Heights City Code. to eliminate the provision for conditional use permit for a home occupation.
