No. 0 -94 -01 <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> O R D I N A N C E <br /> Date: 1/12/94 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 2 -3.04, EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN, <br /> TO THE CITY CODE <br /> The city council of the City of Falcon Heights <br /> ordains: <br /> Section 1. Section 2 -3.04 is hereby added to the city <br /> code as follows: <br /> Emergency Operations Plan. An emergency operations <br /> plan is hereby established. The purpose of the plan <br /> is to maximize the protection of life and property, <br /> ensure the continuity of government, sustain survivors <br /> and repair essential facilities and utilities in the <br /> event of any disaster. <br /> The full plan which is a part of the city's <br /> administrative manual, will be updated annually. <br /> Section 2.
