During the last legislative session Minnesota <br /> Forestry statutes were updated and revised to incorporate the <br /> MPCA air quality open burn regulations. Since this is no longer <br /> under MPCA regulations, the DNR has requested we amend our code <br /> to reflect the change in jurisdiction. <br /> The attached will accomplish this change. <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: Adoption of Ordinance 0 -94 -02 <br />
