9. John brought some examples of posters that we felt we would like displayed at City <br /> Hall and distributed via the Newsletter or local newspapers to the community at large. <br /> 10. It was felt that we should develop a MISSION STATEMENT for our commission. <br /> 11. MANY THANKS AGAIN TO WAYNE GROFF FOR SERVING THE <br /> COMMUNITY ON THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION AS A MEMBER AND <br /> CHAIRPERSON. Wayne has expressed and interest in continuing his support of the <br /> Commission. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 PM <br /> ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING: <br /> 1. Bring ideas pros and cons on Commission name change. <br /> 2. Bring written ideas for the Commissions mission statement. <br /> 3. Dave will contact Susan Hoyt on Budget amounts. <br /> 4. Gwen will contact local newspapers about including poster materials. <br /> 5.
