The School District will contract for all necessary <br /> services in preparing the construction plans, <br /> specifications, bid documents and construction work. <br /> The construction work must be in compliance with all <br /> applicable building codes, zoning regulations and <br /> other applicable laws and codes. <br /> g. The School District agrees to comply with the <br /> provisions of all applicable laws governing the pay- <br /> out of funds to contractors. <br /> h. The School District will agree to waive all <br /> liability on the part of the City with respect to <br /> the financing and construction of the Improvements <br /> and further agrees to defend and indemnify the City <br /> from any claims or liabilities whatsoever with <br /> respect to the Improvements. <br /> i.
