a. The School District acknowledges benefit to the <br /> School District's property in the amount of the cost <br /> estimate ($250,000.00) for the Improvements. <br /> b. The School District waives all rights to object to <br /> the amount of the special assessment up to the <br /> amount of the cost estimate ($250,000.00). <br /> c. The School District understands that the City's <br /> order for the Improvements will be conditional upon <br /> the absence of any objection or action being filed <br /> within thirty days of the City's resolution <br /> determining the validity of this petition and <br /> ordering the Improvements. <br /> d. The School District agrees to pay the assessment <br /> plus interest over a five -year period. Interest <br /> will be at a minimum of 6.1 percent and will be <br /> reviewed bi- annually to correspond to the City's <br /> rate of return on its investments. If the City's <br /> rate of return on its investments is higher than 6.1 <br /> percent as determined by the City, the School <br /> District agrees to pay the higher rate. <br /> e.
