B. <br /> No. <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br /> Date: Feb. 9, 1994 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 5 -4.01, SUBDIVISION D(2) <br /> OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO PARK FACILITY FEES <br /> WHEREAS, the Falcon Heights parks and recreation commission has <br /> reviewed the present park fee schedule and use of the facilities by public <br /> service organizations; and <br /> WHEREAS, the commission and staff have determined that amending <br /> these sections is necessary to facilitate and simplify the rental and use of <br /> facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the commission and staff has presented the information to <br /> the city council for review and discussion; and <br /> WHEREAS, the city council determined that the changes are necessary <br /> and acceptable as presented; and <br /> WHEREAS, city code stipulates that these amendments may be made <br /> by resolution; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the City of <br /> Falcon Heights ordains that Section 5 -4.01, Subd.
