When he was told <br /> that the funds would be used to acquire and clear the <br /> substandard structures, he responded that "grass would <br /> be better than what is there now" referring to the <br /> dilapidated structures. <br /> VII. IS THE PROJECT READY TO GO, IF FUNDED? <br /> The project is ready to go if it is funded. The property <br /> owner and occupants are aware of the application. The <br /> planning commission will be informed of the application at <br /> its February meeting. The project completion will not be <br /> impeded by the necessity of coordinating with any outside <br /> agencies because the city will administer the land <br /> acquisition, clearance and relocation internally. The <br /> project should take no more than six months to one year from <br /> start to finish. <br /> VIII.
