No. R -94 -10 <br /> Date: 3/9/94 <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br /> A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br /> THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT TO THE ROSEVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL <br /> DISTRICT #623 FOR IMPROVEMENTS MADE TO FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AT 1393 GARDEN AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville Independent School District #623 petitioned the City of <br /> Falcon Heights to be assessed for certain improvements to Falcon Heights <br /> Elementary School at 1393 Garden Avenue <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville Independent School District #623 and the City of Falcon <br /> Heights entered into an agreement to finance certain improvements to Falcon Heights <br /> Elementary School site not to exceed $250,000 through the assessment process. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON <br /> HEIGHTS MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The portion of the improvement to be paid by the city is $250,000 and the <br /> portion of the cost to be assessed against benefitted property owner, Roseville <br /> Independent School District #623, is declared to be $250,000. <br /> 2. Assessments shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a <br /> period of five years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the <br /> first Monday in January, 1995, and shall bear interest at the rate of percent <br /> per annum from the date of the adoption of the assessment resolution. <br /> 3.
