Goal 4: To maintain and enhance the city's business and residential <br /> neighborhoods. <br /> Action item 1: Continue planning Larpenteur the Lar enteur Avenue <br /> corridor <br /> Action item 2: Expand the boulevard tree planting program <br /> from a purely replacement tree program by <br /> planting boulevards that currently do not have <br /> trees, where possible.
