The contract is for the first phase of the project, a streetscape plan. The <br /> cost is not to exceed 9,750. <br /> ATTACHMENT: <br /> A Proposed contract with the Hoisington Koegler Group <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Approve the contract for landscape planning services along Larpenteur Avenue with <br /> the Hoisington Koegler Group for an amount not to exceed 9,750. The cost will be <br /> paid from the Larpenteur Avenue infrastructure fund. <br />
