4. The purchase of aerial photography (200 scale) for the corridor in the event <br /> photography is not already available from the CITY. (Estimate from <br /> Markhurd is $420.) <br /> 5. Meetings in addition to those described in Phase 1 Streetscape Plan. <br /> (Estimated at $225 per additional meeting.) <br /> 6. If the process determines that a structured Town Meeting is needed to take <br /> input, this service can be provided for a fee estimated in the range of $1,000 to <br /> $1,300. <br /> C FEES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> The CITY agrees to pay the CONSULTANT for services rendered as follows: <br /> 1. For the CONSULTANT'S Basic Services described as Phase 1 Streetscape <br /> Plan, a fee based on the CONSULTANT'S current hourly rate schedule (see <br /> Attachment A) plus incidental expenses not to exceed NINE THOUSAND <br /> SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($9,750.00). <br /> 2. For the CONSULTANT'S Additional Services described in Paragraph B, a fee <br /> based on the CONSULTANT'S current hourly rate schedule plus incidental <br /> expenses or a negotiated fee. <br /> 3. Statements will be submitted to the CITY on a monthly basis as work is <br /> completed and shall be payable within 30 days of receipt by the CITY. <br /> D. CITY RESPONSIBILITY <br /> The CITY shall be responsible for the following: <br /> 1. Aerial Photography. <br /> 2. Meeting notices, mailing and scheduling. <br /> 3. An electronic file for the corridor. <br /> 4. List of key contacts. <br /> 5. Topographic mapping. <br /> 6.
