Guidelines to be followed if the participant is injured. <br /> In the event that the ride along participant is injured, they will be treated by the Falcon <br /> Heights Fire Department Members, or their designee. They will be treated as any other <br /> patient and transported to the proper facilities. If the ride along is unable to notify <br /> others that they have been injured and are going to the hospital, it will be the <br /> responsibility of the Ride Along preceptor to contact the emergency person people <br /> listed on their application. Injury and incident reports shall be filled out and reported to <br /> the Safety officer and the Chief. Their conditions should be followed up until full <br /> recovery. <br />
