Of note: <br /> The study identifies and recommends that five alleys in the Northome <br /> neighborhood that are in poor condition be reconstructed in 1995. <br /> The estimated cost for the reconstruction of the 5 alleys is $143,000. <br /> The city's assessment policy states that alley reconstruction will be assessed <br /> at 100% of the cost. <br /> The project timetable includes adopting the feasibility study at this meeting so <br /> that the engineer can proceed with survey work and plan for the neighborhood <br /> meetings. <br /> The proposed timing of the project and the financing of the project are within <br /> the city's capabilities. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: <br /> A Letter from city engineer dated 20 October 1994 <br /> B Alley feasibility study <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Discuss the alley feasibility study <br /> Make a motion adopting the feasibility study and proceeding with five alleys <br /> in 1995 <br /> f�L�Y:::::::::::: �GY ::::..POLI�Y............�I..I�f <br />
