No. 94 -25 <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br /> Date: November 9, 1994 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY'S FEE SCHEDULE WITH RESPECT TO <br /> TOBACCO LICENSING FEES <br /> WHEREAS, city code allows for changes in the city fee schedule by adoption of a <br /> resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, in August of 1994 the city council adopted new policies regarding the selling <br /> of tobacco products to minors; and <br /> WHEREAS, additional police and staff time will be required to monitor the compliance <br /> of tobacco vendors with these policies. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council of Falcon Heights, MN <br /> does hereby amend chapter 5 -4.01 of the city code and raise the license fee for an annual tobacco <br /> vendor license from $40.00 per year to $250.00 per year, effective with licenses issued for the <br /> 1995 calendar year. <br /> Moved by: Approved by: <br /> Mayor <br /> BALDWIN November 9, 1994 <br /> GEHRZ In Favor Date <br /> GIBSON TALBOT <br /> HUSTAD Against Attested by: <br /> JACOBS T City Clerk <br /> November 9. 1994 <br /> Date <br />
