Since this is the date of a regularly scheduled council meeting, staff <br /> is suggesting that the council meet instead on December 21. <br /> The last meeting of December has traditionally been canceled due to its scheduling in <br /> the midst of the holidays. <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: Cancel the regular council meetings of December 14 and 28, <br /> and schedule a special council meeting to be held on December 21. <br />
