A (2) OF THE CITY <br /> CODE RELATING TO PLANTING OF TREES IN CITY BOULEVARDS <br /> The City Council of the City of Falcon Heights does hereby ordain: <br /> Section 1. Chapter 8 -4.04, Subd. A (2) of the Falcon Heights City <br /> Code is hereby amended to read: <br /> "No tree shall be planted on a public right -of -way, except to <br /> replace a tree that has been removed or that has been identified <br /> as a new location for a tree by the city forester." <br /> Section 2.
