A resolution formally calling for the public hearing is <br /> required by state statutes, and is attached for your consideration. <br /> Staff will be mailing a hearing notice to owners of property along the five affected alleys no later <br /> than January 27, 1995. A notice of public hearing will also be published in the city's official <br /> newspaper on January 24 and January 31. <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of Resolution 95-02, receiving feasibility report and <br /> calling hearing on public improvement <br />
