No. R -95 -02 <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br /> Date: January 11, 1995 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON PUBLIC <br /> IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHERAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted October 26, 1994, a report has <br /> been prepared by the city engineer with reference to the improvement of the following alleys: <br /> Between Larpenteur Avenue and California Avenue <br /> Arona Street to Pascal Street <br /> Pascal Street to Albert Street <br /> Between California Avenue and Idaho Avenue <br /> Arona Street to Pascal Street <br /> Pascal Street to Albert Street <br /> Between Idaho Avenue and Iowa Avenue <br /> Pascal Street to Albert Street <br /> WHEREAS, this report was received by the city council on October 26, 1994. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS, <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the <br /> report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of <br /> the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutues Chapter 429 at an estimated <br /> total cost of the improvement of $143,000. <br /> 2.
