Representative Wallin <br /> urged the council to pass Resolution No. 95 -06 which essentially asks that <br /> lawmakers require all communications services utilizing public rights -of -way to <br /> be upheld to the same standards of regulation. <br /> Motion was made by Councilmember Gehrz to approve Resolution No. 95 -06. Motion <br /> passed unanimously. <br /> CITY INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> Councilmember Hustad reported that the state legislature is considering bills related <br /> to the selling of tobacco to minors.
