"Adams" :One of the best red blossoming crabapples. Adams' red, 5/8" fruit clings to <br /> the round [20 feet high, 20 feet wide] tree until late winter. Leaves open red in <br /> spring and slowly turn green. Branches and leaves are so dense that the trees serve <br /> as effective screens or, in rows, as hedges. <br /> 2. "Donald Wyman ":Pink buds open into clouds of white blossoms that float on this <br /> round [20'x20'] tree with dark -green foliage. Profuse red, 5/8" fruit clings to the <br /> tree until late winter. <br /> 3. Floribunda:A pink and white-blooming tree with a spreading, irre u <br /> shape [20' high x 25' wide] and green foliage. Amber, 3/8" fruit persists about 6 <br /> weeks, then turns brown, attracting robins and cedar waxwings. <br /> 4. "Indian Magic ":Pink blossoms and dark -green foliage distinguish this small, upright <br /> [15' x 15'] tree. Orange -red, 1/2" fruit turns a bronze color and persists until late <br /> winter. "Profusion ":A cloud of purple -red flowers fades to a pleasing soft pink on this round <br /> [25'x25'] tree with purple bronze leaves. It also features luutg, iunrtxnn, 1/2" fruit <br /> that persists until late winter. <br /> 8. "Red Splendor" :Pink blossoms cover this upright, spreading [25'x25'] tree. Green <br /> foliage has a hint of purple in it. Red, 1/2" fruit persists until January. <br /> 9. "Snowdrift" :Profuse white blossoms cover this round [20'x20] tree with green <br /> foliage. Orange, 3/8" fruit persists until midwinter, attracting birds. <br /> 10. "Zumi Calocarpa ":Sometimes called the redbud crabapple because its profuse buds <br /> are reddish pink. But they open to white flowers on this lovely, dense, horizontal <br /> [25' high x 30' wide] tree with sage -green foliage. Color of the red, 3/8" fruit <br /> becomes more brilliant after frost. Fruit can persist until February, attracting birds. <br />
