MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA MAY 28, 2008 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 28th day of May, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:37 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener Ms. Barbara Allan Mr. John Keis Mr. Mike McGraw Mr. Rick Montour ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson City Attorney Mr. Patrick Kelly City Attorney City Planner Cable TV Producer City Clerk Mr. Trevor Oliver Mr. Steve Grittman Mr. Kevin Helander Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2008-5-130 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE MAY I4, 2008 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AND THE MAY I9, 2008 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CUP - Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider an Amendment 3101 to Conditional Use Permit for Outdoor Storage providing for amended SPRUCE site plan, product display areas, and site improvements for 3101 Spruce STREET - Street as requested by Lee Rossow. It was noted that the City Planner LEE and Planning Commission have recommended approval subject to ROSSOW conditions. The City Planner reported that the original CUP for this property limited outdoor storage to buses only. Mr. Rossow is now renting the property to Tri-State Bobcat, therefore, is seeking an amendment to the CUP. The
