MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 28, 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 28th day of <br />May, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:37 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Patrick Kelly <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Trevor Oliver <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2008-5-130 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MAY I4, 2008 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AND THE MAY <br />I9, 2008 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP - Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider an Amendment <br />3101 to Conditional Use Permit for Outdoor Storage providing for amended <br />SPRUCE site plan, product display areas, and site improvements for 3101 Spruce <br />STREET - Street as requested by Lee Rossow. It was noted that the City Planner <br />LEE and Planning Commission have recommended approval subject to <br />ROSSOW conditions. <br />The City Planner reported that the original CUP for this property limited <br />outdoor storage to buses only. Mr. Rossow is now renting the property to <br />Tri-State Bobcat, therefore, is seeking an amendment to the CUP. The <br />
