G. License Fee, The application fee shall be determined by the City Council from time to time by Resolution, and shall be paid at the time of application. License fees, as set forth by City Council resolution, shall be due prior to the license expiration date; in the cases of new, unlicensed dwellings, license fees shall be due upon issuance of the certificate of occupancy; in the case of initial licensing, license fees shall be due upon application; in the case of licensing periods of less than one (1) year, license fees may not be prorated. The City Council may provide an exemption to the payment of all or a portion of license fees for Single Family or Multi -Family Licensees that remain free of violations under Section 3200,080 herein, H. Tenant Register.
