The site is over 1-acre which will require Ramsey Washington Watershed <br />approval of the grading and erosion control plan and permit. <br />2. Storm water calculations will need to be provided for review of the pond and <br />storm sewer sizing. All impervious area drainage must be routed into the <br />storm water pond at the time the lots are developed. Amore detailed grading <br />plan will need to be submitted, reviewed, and approved prior to development <br />of either new lot. <br />3. The Metropolitan Waste Commission should be contacted regarding the <br />connections to their sanitary sewer for approval. <br />4.
