MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 99 2005 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of <br />June, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />Ms. Katie Socha <br />Mr. Alan Brixius, City Planner <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />MINUTES The May 12, 2005 Planning Commission minutes were approved as <br />submitted. <br />rINAL PLAT- The City Planner reported that Sherman & Associates has requested <br />VILLAS AT Final Plat approval for the "Villas at Little Canada Second" and the <br />LITTLE "Villas at Little Canada Third" additions. The City Planner reported <br />CANADA- that these final plats are consistent with the approved Preliminary <br />SHERMAN Plats. The Planner noted the City Engineer's report dated June 6, <br />& ASSOC. 2005 in which he comments on drainage and utility easements. The <br />Planner indicated that in reviewing the Engineer's reporC iC appears that <br />while two of the easements do not conform to Code requirements, this is <br />not of great concern given the specific circumstances. <br />Duray asked if there were any changes to the size or number of <br />townhomes that will be developed. The Planner replied that no <br />modifications have been suggested. <br />Knudsen stated that his only concern was with the City Engineer's <br />comments and whether the Engineer was asking for additional easement <br />area to meet Code minimums. The City Planner indicated that his <br />interpretation of the Engineer's comments were that the easements as <br />
