MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 8, 2005 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />December, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said Ciry. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Ms. Katie Socha <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />MINUTES The November 10, 2005 Planning Commission meeting minutes were <br />approved as submitted. <br />PRELIMINARY Tim Freeman, Folz, Freeman, Erickson, appeared before the Commission <br />AND FINAL requesting approval of a Preliminary and Final Plat for Evergreen Hills <br />PLAT - Addition which consists of six single-family homes. The property is <br />EVERGREEN located at 75 Old County Road C. Freeman reported that he has reviewed <br />HILLS both the City Planner's and City Engineer's reports and recommendations, <br /> and Chey will comply with all recommendations. <br /> Freeman reviewed the Planner's individual recommendations and noted <br /> that as stated in #2, they will submit a site plan that shows building pad <br /> locations. Freeman indicated that all City setback requirements will be <br /> complied with. With regard to recommendation #4 relative to street <br /> design and layout, Freeman indicated that the circle at the end of the cul- <br /> de-sac is designed to be one-way. He also noted that the width is adequate <br /> for garbage trucks, school buses, and plow trucks to get around without <br /> making any backing motions. Duray noted that the Engineer is <br /> recommending that this portion of the street be widened from 18 feet to 22 <br /> feet. Freeman stated that he would like his engineer to discuss this with <br />
