Resolution declared adopted. <br />M.ORATORiUM At the itebruary 23"~ Council meeting, City staff was directed Yo prepare a <br />ON OUTDOOR recommendation for change to the City's 1-P District outdoor storage <br />STORAGT, IN requirements. Given that the March Planning Convnission meeting was <br />TI3E I-.P cancelled and in order to give staff adequate time to prepare a <br />DISTRICT recommendation, staff is recommending that a moratorium be enacted on <br />outdoor storage in the I-P District at this time. <br />The City Attorney presented a proposed ordinance which would establish <br />a moratorium on all Conditional Use Permits for outdoor storage in the <br />[-P Zoning District. The Attorney noted that State Law provides the <br />authority for the Council to establish an initial moratorium of '12 months <br />or shorter. <br />It was the consensus of the Council to enact a 12 month moratoriwn at this <br />time. Should the matter be resolved in less time, the Council would then <br />rescind the moratorium. <br />Mr. Montour inh'oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI.
