m~NUTEs <br />CITY COtINCl:L <br />MARCH 23, 2005 <br />SENIOR T"he City Administrator presented information relative to senior coop <br />COOPS housing, noting that this housing is owned rather than rental He <br />suggested that this might be an option for the City-owned land in the Twin <br />Lake area.. <br />It was noted that a meeting will be held with the property owners i^ the <br />Twin Lake area to discuss their preferences for development of the City's <br />property. Council felt that options presented at that meeting should <br />include development as single-family, townhomes, and senior coop <br />housing. <br />PLANSCAPE The City Administrator presented information submitted by P1anScape <br />PARTNERS partners relative to the assistance this firm provided in encouraging <br />entrepreneurship in communities. Based on the information provided, the <br />Council indicated a lack of interest in pursuing this program. <br />PiJ13:GIC WORKS fhe City Administrator indicated that 22 applications were received <br />SUl'ERIN- for the Pr,iblic Works Superintendent position.
