MEE%'ING AS .SUBMIT"TIsD The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan- Ayes (5) Montour, Allan, Blesener, 'LaValle, i{eis. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mayor Blesener opened the continuation of Public Hearing to consider a comprehensive sign plan for Mendota [ tomes' Market Square Towu Otiices. 1-1e noted that at the February 23'~`~ Council meeting the individual tenant signs were approved, action was tabled on the monument sign, and die State harm sign proposal was denied. Blesener Doted that Mendota t3omes has presented a revised monument sign plan which provides for a more horizontal sign as well as relocates the sign to the island between the driveway accesses on Middle Street. State Parm has also presented a revised signage plan. Blesener reviewed the recommendation of the Code l/nforcement Officer for approval ofi the revised monument sign and denial of the State Pane sign.
