MEE%'ING AS <br />.SUBMIT"TIsD <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan- <br />Ayes (5) Montour, Allan, Blesener, 'LaValle, i{eis. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Blesener opened the continuation of Public Hearing to consider <br />a comprehensive sign plan for Mendota [ tomes' Market Square Towu <br />Otiices. 1-1e noted that at the February 23'~`~ Council meeting the individual <br />tenant signs were approved, action was tabled on the monument sign, and <br />die State harm sign proposal was denied. Blesener Doted that Mendota <br />t3omes has presented a revised monument sign plan which provides for a <br />more horizontal sign as well as relocates the sign to the island between the <br />driveway accesses on Middle Street. State Parm has also presented a <br />revised signage plan. Blesener reviewed the recommendation of the Code <br />l/nforcement Officer for approval ofi the revised monument sign and denial <br />of the State Pane sign. <br />
