MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 27, 2005 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 27th day of <br />April, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />City Engineer <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Lee Elfering <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0.2005-4-93 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE APRIL l3, 2005 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />APRIL l3, 2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, THE APRIL 13, <br />2005 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE APRIL l8, 2005 <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5) Allan, Montour, Blesener, LaValle, Keis. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />HISTORICAL Mayor Blesener thanked the Historical Society for their donation of <br />SOCIETY $4,000 toward the repayment of the cost of their building. He noted that <br />DONATION the original $250,000 balance owed is now less than $10,000. <br />CLEAN UP Mayor Blesener reminded the general public that Clean-Up Day is <br />DAY & scheduled for Saturday, May Th, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the <br />
