MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 27, 2005 <br />CONSENT Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-4-97 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVING THE FLOOD ELEVATION REVISION FOR THE <br />WATERSHED PROPERTY; <br />*APPROVING THE STATE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT <br />RELATED TO MSA PROJECT TESTING AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; <br />*DESIGNATING COUNTRY ROAD B-2 FROM RICE STREET TO <br />VIKING DRIVE AS NO PARKING AS REQUIRED FOR MSA <br />APPROVAL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Montour, LaValle, Keis, Blesener, Allan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CLOSED The City Attorney recommended that the Council call for a closed <br />SESSION - session at the end of the regular Council meeting to discuss the Dayspring <br />DAYSPRING litigation. <br />LITIGATION <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2005-4-98 -CALLING FOR A CLOSED SESSION <br />FOLLOWING THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING TO DISCUSS <br />THE DAYSPRING LITIGATION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Allan, Keis, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />MORATORIUM The City Planner noted that there currently is a moratorium related to <br />rOR OUTDOOR storage in the I-P District. He reported that McGough Consh~uction, <br />STORAGE IN a potential buyer of the Hillcrest property at 3250 Spruce Street, has <br />THE I-P made application for a Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage at <br />DISTRICT that site which is zoned I-P. The Planner asked the Council whether or not <br /> the application should be processed given the outdoor storage moratorium. <br />
