MINUTI/S <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 25, 2005 <br />Sheriff's Department. The Council agreed, but felt that Little Canada <br />needed to get started on its ordinance. <br />The City Administrator indicated that he would work with the City <br />Attorney on putting together a draft ordinance using the New Brighton and <br />Brooklyn Center ordinances as models. He noted that the draft will <br />include provisional licensing as well as Che requirement for mitigation <br />plans if standards are not being met. Council agreed.
