MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 8th day of June, <br />2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />JUNE 8, 2005 <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CPI'Y COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-5-723 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OT <br />THE MAY 25, 2005 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />MAY 25, 2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5) Allan, Montour, Keis, Blesener, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />NEW Mayor Blesener announced that New Cingular has requested the Council <br />CINGULAR delay consideration of their application for a new cell tower at 3250 <br />TOWER Spruce Street in order to give them more time to put together the <br />REQUEST additional information the Council requested. Blesener noted that the <br /> appropriate 60-day waiver was signed by New Cingular. This matter will. <br /> be considered at an upcoming Council meeting. <br />GAMBLING The Council reviewed the application for gambling license submitted by <br />LICENSE - the Little Canada Recreation Association to operate three days per week <br />LITTLE at the Little Canada Bingo Hall. It was noted that a rotation schedule <br />CANADA has been worked out with Lake Owasso Residence Volunteer Council <br />
