MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 8th day of June, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. JUNE 8, 2005 Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CPI'Y COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener Mr. Jim LaValle Mr. Rick Montour Ms. Barbara Allan Mr. John Keis ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator City Attorney Cable TV Producer City Clerk Mr. Joel R. Hanson Mr. Thomas Sweeney Mr. Brandon Rickert Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2005-5-723 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OT THE MAY 25, 2005 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THE MAY 25, 2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. Ayes (5) Allan, Montour, Keis, Blesener, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. NEW Mayor Blesener announced that New Cingular has requested the Council CINGULAR delay consideration of their application for a new cell tower at 3250 TOWER Spruce Street in order to give them more time to put together the REQUEST additional information the Council requested. Blesener noted that the appropriate 60-day waiver was signed by New Cingular. This matter will. be considered at an upcoming Council meeting. GAMBLING The Council reviewed the application for gambling license submitted by LICENSE - the Little Canada Recreation Association to operate three days per week LITTLE at the Little Canada Bingo Hall. It was noted that a rotation schedule CANADA has been worked out with Lake Owasso Residence Volunteer Council
