MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 8, 2005 indicated that Dr. Cooper will do an inventory of the goose population and would conduct a removal as staff determines is warranted. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2005-6-728 -AUTHORIZING DR. COOPER OF THE U OF M TO COND UCT A GOOSE REMOVAL OPERATION AS DETERMINED NECESSARY BY STAFF The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. Ayes (5) Blesener, Allan, Keis, LaValle, Montour. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. UPDATE OF The City Administrator reported that the City's Park Consultant has PARK prepared a Scope of Work for updating the Park Master Plan. This MASTER Scope of Work was reviewed by the Parks & Recreation Commission PLAN at their last meeting. The Commission would like to have a joint meeting with the City Council prior to commencing work on the master plan update. Blesener suggested that the workshop be held prior to the July 13~~' Council meeting given the Ramsey County Public Works Open House scheduled for June 22"~. Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0.2005-6-729 -CALLING FOR A JOINT WORKSHOP WITH THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION FOR WEDNESDAY, JULY 73, 2005 AT 6 P.M. TO REVIEW THE WORKSCOPE FOR THE PARKS MASTER PLAN UPDATE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) Montour, Blesener, Allan, Keis, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. ASSIGNMENT The City Administrator reported that BFI is changing its name to LETTER - Allied Waste Services of North America, LLC and have requested BFI TO the Council approve a Form of Assignment Letter relative to the ALLIED contract that the City has with BFI.
