MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 22nd day of <br />June, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />JUNE 22, 2005 <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-6-132 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JUNE 8, 2005 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />JUNE 8, 2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Allan, Montour, Keis, Blesener, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />HISTORICAL Mayor Blesener thanked the Little Canada Historical Society for their <br />SOCIETY $4,000 donation toward repayment for their building addition. He noted <br />that there is less than $6,000 remaining on the balance owed. Blesener <br />anticipated that the Historical Society would pay off this amounC before <br />they cease their gambling operation at the Little Canada Bingo Hall on <br />September ls`. <br />FINAL PLATS - Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the request <br />VILLAS SECOND for Final Plat approvals for "Villas at Little Canada Second" and <br />AND "Villas at Little Canada Third". It was noted the Planning Commission <br />VILLAS THIRD recommended approval of the Final Plats as submitted. <br />
