MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 13th day of July, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. JULY 13, 2005 Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener Mr. Jim LaValle Mr. Rick Montour Ms. Barbara Allan Mr. John Keis ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator City ACtorney City Planner Cable TV Producer City Clerk Mr. Joel R. Hanson Mr. Thomas Sweeney Mr. Steve Grittman Mr. Brandon Rickert Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.2005-7-147 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JUNE 22, 2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE JUNE 22, 2005 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. EDGERTON The Mayor announced that the Edgerton Bridge is scheduled to re-open BRIDGE on Wednesday, July 20'", providing that inclement weather does not cause delays in completion of the final work. TRAFFIC Blesener reported that due to freeway work as well as work on the ENFORCEMENT Edgerton Bridge, there has been added traffic on local City streets. As a result of this additional traffic, there have been a number of traffic complaints. In response, the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department has increased traffic enforcement and is enforcing the posted speed limits. Blesener cautioned residents to obey the City's speed limits.
