MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 13th day of <br />July, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />JULY 13, 2005 <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City ACtorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2005-7-147 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JUNE 22, 2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />JUNE 22, 2005 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />EDGERTON The Mayor announced that the Edgerton Bridge is scheduled to re-open <br />BRIDGE on Wednesday, July 20'", providing that inclement weather does not cause <br />delays in completion of the final work. <br />TRAFFIC Blesener reported that due to freeway work as well as work on the <br />ENFORCEMENT Edgerton Bridge, there has been added traffic on local City streets. As a <br />result of this additional traffic, there have been a number of traffic <br />complaints. In response, the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department has <br />increased traffic enforcement and is enforcing the posted speed limits. <br />Blesener cautioned residents to obey the City's speed limits. <br />
