The City Administrator
indicated that a public review will be conducted on the issue next year
prior to ordering a round up.
Weisman expressed concern about the drastic decline in the number of
ravens and crows in his neighborhood and suggested that his neighbor
might be shooting these birds. Weisman asked the Council to install a
camera to determine whether or not the neighbor is shooting these ravens
and crows. The Council declined to do so, but pointed out that the
discharge of firearms within City limits is prohibited. The Council
suggested that Weisman call the Ramsey County Sheriff if he sees
someone discharging a firearm.
WORKSHOP Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
MEETING
WITH RESOLUTION N0.2005-7-I58 - CALLING A WORKSHOP
SHERMAN MEETING FOR MONDAY, JULY 18, 2005 AT 6:00 P.M.
