MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 27th day of <br />July, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />JULY 27, 2005 <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call.: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Public Works Supt. <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolu <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />ion and moved its adoption <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-7-I60 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OP <br />THE JULY I3, 2005 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />JULY I3, 2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />PROCLAMA- Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />TION - <br />MARYANN RESOLUTION NO.2005-7-76I-ACCEPTINGARESOLUTION <br />O'KANE, THANKING AND RECOGNIZING MARY ANN O'KANE FOR <br />CANADIAN HER MANY YEARS OF SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF THE <br />DAYS CANADIAN DAYS COMMITTEE AND ACKNOWLEDGING HER <br />RETIREMENT FROM THAT COMMITTEE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />
