Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0.2005-7-166 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR THE <br />SPORTSMEN'S CLUB; <br />*CONTINUATION OF THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR CUP TO <br />ALLOW CONSTR UCTION AND OPERATION OF A MONOPOLE <br />WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS TOWER AND EQUIPMENT <br />SHELTER AT 3250 SPRUCE STREET REQUESTED BY NEW <br />CINGULAR WIRELESS UNTIL THE AUGUST I0, 2005 REGULAR <br />COUNCIL MEETING; <br />*CALLING FOR AN INFORMATION UPDATE WORKSHOP FOR <br />WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 24, 2005 AT 6:00 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PLANNING The City Planner reported that staff has begun working on its review of <br />UPDATE the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances. The Planner indicated that once <br />staff completes its review, a IisC of discussion items will be presented to <br />the Planning Commission and City Council. This will likely occur later <br />this fall. <br />RICE STREET/ The City Administrator reviewed his report dated July 22, 2005 relative to <br />LITTLE actions needed relative to the Rice StreeC/Little Canada Road Redevelop- <br />CANADA ment area involving Sherman & Associates. These include, but are not <br />ROAD limited to the following: <br />REDEVE- <br />LOPMENT Development Agreement Amendment for the Village <br />- Construction Schedule Revisions <br />- Allow Conveyance By Metes & Bounds <br />- TIF Guarantee Schedule <br />
