MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 27, 2005 <br />stated that he is suggesting that Hopson meet with the City Planner Co <br />review the property and determine whether other options exist. <br />Montour noted that at a previous meeting the Council suggested that <br />Lapham Hickey remove the fence surrounding the former outdoor storage <br />area. <br />LaValle stated that he was not comfortable with the drastic reduction in <br />the amount of outdoor storage being proposed. Blesener noted that his <br />feeling is that the City should eliminate outdoor storage altogether in the <br />I-P District similar Co what neighboring cities have done. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-7-763 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 9]8.A. OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWN <br />AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR <br />REGULATION OF OUTDOOR STORAGE IN THE I-P, INDUSTRIAL <br />PARK DISTRICT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Montour, Keis, Allan. <br />Nays (1) LaValle. Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2005-7-164 -REMOVING THE MORATORIUM <br />ON OUTDOOR STORAGE IN THE I-P, INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />DISTRICT, UPON PUBLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE <br />AMENDMENT ADOPTED IN THE PREVIOUS RESOLUTION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Blesener noted that Marco Tobacco has withdrawn application for a <br />AGENDA tobacco license. Given this item is on the consent agenda for approval, <br />Blesener suggested that it be removed from the consent agenda. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-7-765 -REMOVING THE MARCO <br />TOBACCO APPLICATION FOR TOBACCO LICENSE AT 2616 <br />RICE STREET FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />
