Given previous Council
reaction to the concept of an auto user on this site, they are working with a
major user interested in putting in 15,000 square feet of retail space.
Sherman reported that they are asking for Council approval of a number of
documents as ouClined by the City Administrator. These documents
should be ready early next week for Council action, and Sherman
requested that the Council call a special meeting for next week in order to
act on the documents in order to move the project forward as quickly as
possible.
