MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />I,ITTI,E CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 10, 2005 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 10th day of <br />August, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present aC roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Brandon RickerC <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTE+'S Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-7-174 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JULY 27, 2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (3). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />PLANNING Mayor Blesener presented Jon Hall with a Certificate of Appointment to <br />COMMISSION the Planning Coimnission. The Council welcomed Hall and congratulated <br />him on his appointment. <br />CANADIAN The Council accepted acid thanked Che Canadian Days Committee for their <br />DAYS donation of $5,000 toward park signage. Mayor Blesener noted the new <br />DONATION signage at Spooner Park and at the entrance to the Fire Fighters' Memorial <br />Trail. <br />
