MINUTES Or THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 14, 2005 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 14th day of <br />September, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Parks & Rec Director Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Public Works Supt. <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Mr. Brandon RickerC <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-9-199 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OP <br />THE AUGUST 24, 2005 WORKSHOP MEETING AND THE AUGUST <br />24, 2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />CONCEPT Brian Bourassa, MFRA Associates, representing John MatChews, appeared <br />REVIEW - before the Council to present the concept plan for town office <br />2962/2968 development at 2962 and 2968 Rice Sheet. Bourassa reviewed the plan <br />RICE STREET - that was presented to the Planning Commission. Based on the <br />JOHN Commission's comments, Bourassa presented a revised concept plan. <br />MATTHEWS Bourassa noted that the revised plan consists of 12 two-story town office <br /> units. A single access point is proposed on Rice SCreet as well as a <br /> connection to the Tacheny Town Offices. Bourassa noted that the layout <br /> has been changed to provide for a curved access through the development. <br />
