MINUTES Or THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA SEPTEMBER 14, 2005 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 14th day of September, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener Mr. Jim LaValle Mr. Rick Montour Ms. Barbara Allan Mr. John Keis ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney Parks & Rec Director Mr. Jim Morelan Public Works Supt. Cable TV Producer City Clerk Mr. Bill Dircks Mr. Brandon RickerC Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2005-9-199 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OP THE AUGUST 24, 2005 WORKSHOP MEETING AND THE AUGUST 24, 2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. CONCEPT Brian Bourassa, MFRA Associates, representing John MatChews, appeared REVIEW - before the Council to present the concept plan for town office 2962/2968 development at 2962 and 2968 Rice Sheet. Bourassa reviewed the plan RICE STREET - that was presented to the Planning Commission. Based on the JOHN Commission's comments, Bourassa presented a revised concept plan. MATTHEWS Bourassa noted that the revised plan consists of 12 two-story town office units. A single access point is proposed on Rice SCreet as well as a connection to the Tacheny Town Offices. Bourassa noted that the layout has been changed to provide for a curved access through the development.
