MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 14, 2005 <br />RESOLUTION NO.2005-9-277 -APPROVING THE EXTENSION <br />OF TEMPOARY EASEMENT WITH MET COUNCIL OVER THE <br />PUBLIC WORKS GARAGE PROPERTY THROUGH OCTOBER, 2006 <br />AS PART OF THE UNWEAVE THE WEAVE PROJECT, AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO <br />EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CLOSED Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />SESSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-9-218 -TEMPORARILY ADJOURNING <br />THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND GOING INTO CLOSED <br />SESSION TO DISCUSS THE DAYSPRING LITIGATION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />At this point in the meeting, 8:53 p.m., Council went into closed session. <br />RECONVENE Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />REGULAR <br />MEETING RESOLUTION NO.2006-9-220 -RECONVENING THE REGULAR <br />AND COUNCIL MEETING AND IMMEDIATELYADJOURNING THE <br />ADJOURN MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
