MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA OCTOBER 12, 2005 PursuanC to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 12th day of October, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located aC 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle Council Member Mr. Rick MonCour Council Member Ms. Barbara Allan Council Member Mr. John Keis AL5O PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney Emergency Mgmt. Mr. Don Smiley Cable TV Producer Mr. Brandon Rickert City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2005-IO-234 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 28, 2005 WORKSHOP MEETING AND THE SEPTEMBER 28, 2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. ANNOUNCE- Mayor Blesener announced the groundbreaking ceremony scheduled for MENTS Monday, October 17, 2005 at 4 p.m. for The Village office development at the northeast corner of Rice Street and Little Canada Road. VACATION Mayor Blesener opened the continuation of Public Hearing to consider the OF PARK vacation of Park Street lying between County Road B-2 EasC and Demont STREET Avenue. Blesener noCed that Chis matter was tabled to obtain additional information relative to pavement location as well as the School District's intended use of the property Chat would be gained by the vacation.
