MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 23, 2005 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 23rd day of <br />November, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />Council Member Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Brandon Rickert <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-II-268 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OP <br />THE NOVEMBER 9, 2005 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />NOVEMBER 9, 2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />NOVEMBER 76, 2005 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />REZONING Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the Rezoning of a <br />OF portion of Nadeau Park from Single-Family Residential (R-1) to Public <br />NADEAU (P). Blesener noted that the Council recently rezoned the main portion of <br />PARK the park to Public. The Public Zoning reflects the actual use of the <br />property as park. There are two additional lots being considered for <br />rezoning this evening that were inadvertently omiCted from the initial <br />hearing. Both the Planning Commission and the Parks 8z Recreation <br />Commission have recommended approval of the rezoning. <br />
